A class for the binned observable ratio $$\frac {<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_1^+l_1^-}}{<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_2^+l_2^-}}$$ in $$M \to V l^+l^-$$.

This class is used to compute the binned observable ratio $$\frac {<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_1^+l_1^-}}{<\Sigma_6>_{M \to V l_2^+l_2^-}}$$ in $$M \to V l^+l^-$$ in terms of the binned observables $$<{\Sigma_6}>_{M \to V l_i^+l_i^-}$$, computed in the MVll class:
